Returns:
We hope that you love our products as much as we do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through www.katburki.com, we are happy to accept products in their original, unused and unopened packaging within fifteen (15) days from date of delivery, for a full refund. Items purchased from other retailers, online or in stores, need to be returned to the original place of purchase.
To request a return, please email Kat Burki Customer Service at: customercare@katburki.com. Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box, using the provided return shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund and send email confirmation.
